The Panchganga River is one of the important rivers in Maharashtra.This
River starts from Prayag Sangam situated in Chikali. The Panchganga River is
formed by five streams is the Kasari,the Kumbhi,the Tulsi,thr Bhogawati, and
the saraswati is the not noted but Local tradition velieves in an underground
stream which together with the other four stream make the Panchganga. In
English words the Panchganga River is also called as "Five Rivers".
